    Admissions Policy

    Diocese of Baton Rouge Statement of Policy:
    The schools in the Diocese of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, admit
    students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the
    rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or
    made available to students at schools.
    They do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national
    and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies,
    admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and
    athletic and other school administered programs.
    Additionally, in compliance with Title IX of the Civil Rights Act
    of 1964, no person in the school of the Diocese shall, on the
    basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, or be denied
    the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any
    educational program or activity except as permitted under said
    Title IX.
    Finally, the schools of the diocese of Baton Rouge, Louisiana,
    have adopted and will implement the imperatives of the Family
    Educational Rights and Privacy Act as amended, and will inform
    parents and students of their rights under this amendment to
    Title VI of the civil Rights Act of 1964. This policy applies to
    Saint Thomas Aquinas Regional Catholic High School.
