2013 Yearbook Dedicated to Mr. Josh Wittie

The 2013 STA yearbook, Veritas, was dedicated in a surprise ceremony on Monday to Technology Director, Mr. Joshua Wittie. Mr. Wittie is responsible for the tremendously successful iPad 1:1 program that was implemented at STA in the 2012-13 school year.  "The iPad program is truly one of the biggest undertakings ever at STA," said Principal Jose Becerra. "Mr. Wittie worked tirelessly last summer to prepare the campus for the massive wireless connectivity we were going to need.  He trained the faculty and every student on usage of the iPads, and has been on call 24-7 to help people with questions." The iPad program at STA has been so successful that both Holy Ghost Catholic School in Hammond and St. Joseph School in Ponchatoula have "borrowed" Mr. Wittie to help launch their programs. Mr. Wittie is a 2000 graduate of STA.
